A lawsuit against Facebook for nearly 50% stake in the company is coming to a close. A known con artist and fraud expert, Paul Ceglia, sued Facebook under the allegations that he was entitled to 50% ownership of the company due to a contract that he signed in 2003. The contract supposedly says that in exchange or a $1000 investment, Celgia was to receive ownership in the company. That suit has been dismissed in favor of Facebook. Read full story.
