Total Lender Solutions
Total Lender Solutions (TLS) supports hard money lenders, financial institutions, and their attorneys in starting the commercial foreclosure process for defaulted borrowers. While the transactions rarely result in a foreclosure of the property, TLS leads the process of getting the buyer back to the table with the lender to determine a resolution.
KWSM created state-specific commercial foreclosure sales collateral brochures, which were provided to hard money lenders at events. They served as the first marketing funnel touchpoint, which included state-specific landing pages, foreclosure market blogging updates, social media, and pay-per-click (PPC) remarketing advertising, which digitally targeted collateral recipients who had visited the website.
KWSM took the time to listen to us to not only understand our business but our industry as well (not an easy task given the niche market we occupy). They wowed us with a marketing analysis showing what others were doing and pointing out our strengths and weaknesses. We started with having (KWSM) update our logo and website and were impressed with the range of options they gave us. From there, KWSM created some collateral pieces that we needed. They deliver a quality product in a timely and professional manner exceeding our expectations. They get our highest recommendation.”
