KWSM Internship Program
Who: Seniors and rising seniors (summer term)
Schedule: Full-time or part-time (In office, at least 3 days per week)
Where: KWSM offices in Atlanta, GA or Orange County, CA
Do you want to get a head start on a career in digital marketing? Are you looking for hands-on agency experience working with real clients? Are you a passionate storyteller with a competitive spirit?
KWSM: a digital marketing agency is looking for talented and hungry young professionals who are prepared to challenge themselves, step outside of their comfort zone, and deliver quality results.
As an intern at KWSM, you will develop skills that cannot be learned in a classroom, but are essential to thrive in a marketing agency. Unlike other internships, you will not be delivering mail or placing lunch orders. You will join a team of creative storytellers and marketing innovators. You will be challenged and encouraged to improve as you actively contribute to real projects for real clients.

You must be smart, social, creative, communicative, uncommonly organized, passionate, loyal, team-oriented, dedicated, and eager to succeed. If you’re a good fit for our team and demonstrate exceptional performance, you will be considered for full-time employment upon graduation.

- Digital marketing strategy development
- Social media management
- Social media advertising
- Content creation
- Blogging
- Press releases
- Email marketing & newsletters
- Best practices for SEO
- Google Analytics
Requirements:
- Pursuing a degree in journalism, marketing, creative writing, or similar area
- Strong creative writing skills
- Excellent communication and social skills
- Experience with social media
- WordPress experience preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor

Full-time and part-time positions are available, but preference will be given to candidates who commit for more than 3 months.
