The second week of KWSM’s Social Media Bootcamp will be on February 8, and we will be covering two platforms that center on the perfect aesthetic: Pinterest and Instagram. During this session, bootcampers will learn how to create content, gain followers, use hashtags, explore analytics, and learn our best practices when it comes to an efficient posting schedule.
Content Creation
Since both Instagram and Pinterest are platforms that focus heavily on imagery, creating content requires a little more emphasis on the aesthetics of your page as a whole. During Bootcamp, we will go over different themes you can implement to make your page stand out as well as how you can incorporate video on your page.
Gaining Followers
Gaining followers is the name of the game when it comes to building your brand’s image across social media, and there are many different practices we teach during Bootcamp to organically create a loyal following.
Using Hashtags
If you didn’t know, a hashtag is a type of metadata tag used on social networks including Instagram that allows users to apply dynamic, user-generated tagging. This makes it possible for others to find messages with a specific theme or content easily.
Analytics
Almost every social media channel provides insights and analytics so you can track the performance of your business accounts. Tracking your pages is very important, and during Bootcamp, we will go over what numbers are best to track.
Posting Schedule
Just like Facebook, we believe there is an effective posting schedule that helps beat the algorithm to keep showing your profiles to your audience.
We created Bootcamp for small business owners and in-house marketing professionals who need a better understanding of what social media can do for your business, and how to achieve optimal results. Book your seat before they are gone!
Social media has a 100% higher lead-to-close rate than outbound marketing.
Do you need to start marketing your company on social media, but aren’t sure how to get started? Or maybe you’ve been posting content, but can’t seem to get the results you want.
