When I was asked to join the KWSM Leadership Program, like most people when confronted with something unexpected and new, I hesitated to accept . It’s human nature to be reluctant toward change, after all. But I remembered Shia LaBeouf’s famous advice, “JUST DO IT!” and dove head first into what became a transformative journey.
The KWSM Leadership Program taught me how to lean into change, transforming uncertainty into an opportunity for growth. The transition from fearing the unknown to embracing new habits was liberating and improved how I communicate both at work and in my personal life.
