IN CASE YOU MISSED IT:

Linkedin_AppLinkedIn released a new job search app earlier this week. The app includes job search filters to help users find the best opening for their skill set. The app will also recommend positions based on search history. This is the sixth standalone app released by the professional networking site.

Facebook Auto PostsFacebook is cutting back on auto posts in the news feed. These generally come from third party apps and notify you when a Facebook friend has done something we. with the app or site. Music sites like Spotify or games like Candy Crush, will broadcast the update in your feed. Facebook will now be granting less clout in its New Feed algorithm to these posts.

Twitter Supports GIFSTwitter will now let users tweet graphic interchange format (GIF) files. These files are animated and automatically play like short videos on a loop. The new GIF sharing feature will be available on the web and mobile app versions of Twitter. The GIF files must be smaller than 3 MB and you add them to a tweet in the same way you add a photo.
