Last year, on January 25, 2021, KWSM Senior Web Designer Angie Smith celebrated her 5-year workiversary at the agency. To honor her loyalty and unwavering commitment to our team and our clients over the years, we declared January 25 to forever be known as Angie Smith Day.
This year, on her 6th workiversary, we celebrated Angie Smith Day by giving her a special shout-out during our all-team meeting and thanking her for the many ways she adds immeasurable value to our agency.

She Is A Prime Example Of KWSM’s Core Values
Here at KWSM, we centralize all of our efforts, interactions, and professional relationships around seven core values: passionate, team-oriented, communicative, social, uncommonly organized, loyal, and creative. As individuals and as an agency, we strive to display all of these values with each other and with our clients on a daily basis.
Angie consistently embodies these characteristics with ease. Her passion for her work is contagious and her organizational skills extend far beyond never missing a deadline (though that is also true for Angie). She is always ready and willing to help a team member in need, even if that means quickly pivoting from one project to another in order to provide support. Not only does she work efficiently, but it’s known throughout the team that when Angie is behind a design project, you’re sure to receive A+ work that any client would be thrilled by.
She’s The Best Chef Around
Some of the sweetest perks of having Angie on the team are her culinary creations! We’re still dreaming about this lemon rosemary yogurt cake she made for our 2017 bake-off.
She Is A Work/Life Balance Guru
Not even Superwoman could master senior web design work, being the best mom ever, and somehow still making time to explore and pursue hobbies, but somehow Angie pulls it off seamlessly. We’re all a little baffled at how she manages to go above and beyond in all areas of her life with a smile on her face. Time machine? Maybe…
