Facebook Save FeatureFacebook will begin rolling out a bookmarking tool for users. The new feature will allow users to save links, places, movies, TV, and music as they scroll through their news feeds. Users will then be able to revisit the content at a later time. Items will be categorized and Facebook will periodically remind users of the saved content.

 

Foursquare LogoFoursquare unveiled a new logo this week. The new logo is cleaner and follows a pink and indigo color scheme. The company reports it wanted a superhero-like emblem combined with a map pin. More personalized and localized search features will also be rolled out soon with this new identity.

 

Instagram App AdOn Instagram an ad for the Bolt app surfaced this week. The app provides one tap photo messaging. Many mobile users reported seeing a banner style ad on their feeds. While Instagram has no comment, the photo-sharing channel could be testing new in-app install ads for businesses or have a new app in the pipeline.
