Social Media Content Creator

We’re looking for a passionate and tenacious marketer to join our growing team as a Social Media Content Creator.

Are you a confident self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you love systems and processes and possess the ability to work independently? Can you juggle multiple priorities and not miss any details?

In this role, you must be a strong designer, writer and storyteller who can capture a client’s voice and visual identity. You should understand how the content you produce fits into a larger marketing plan.

• Able to meet internal and client deadlines without fail

You must have a marketing, graphic design or journalism degree, or equivalent work experience, possess a strong visual aesthetic, and be comfortable with Photoshop, Illustrator and the major social media channels.

At least two years of experience is required, preferably within an agency.

At KWSM, you’ll be given the freedom to make a difference for our clients and share your ideas and expertise. You’ll work independently and have responsibility for your client work, but will be supported by teammates who have your back and want you to succeed.

KWSM operates on a 9/80 work schedule. This means we have every other Friday off, allowing us to get more accomplished in fewer days and enjoy three-day weekends every other week. We work a hybrid schedule – 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. This is a full-time, in-office position. (Can be located in any KWSM office – CA, NV, GA)
