Video Producer – Persuader

We’re looking for a creative video producer who takes initiative and performs well under pressure.

Are you outgoing, empathetic and relationship-oriented? In this role you will be the liaison between our video department and the clients we serve, ensuring that their needs are met, and projects are completed on time and in line with our standard of excellence.

You’ll work with a variety of clients to produce content for their websites and social media. You should enjoy a fast-paced environment and relish the freedom to share your ideas and contribute to the creative direction of video projects.

As a successful member of our team, you will:

• Create & manage the systems that keep our videographers and editors performing their best
• Manage the workflow as new video projects are conceptualized, executed and delivered
• Act as a field producer on shoots, partnering with our videographers
• Oversee production, communicating with both editors and clients

You must have a journalism, film or marketing degree, or equivalent work experience, and be knowledgeable about what makes strong video content.

Agency experience is preferred.

KWSM operates on a 9/80 work schedule. This means we have every other Friday off, allowing us to get more accomplished in fewer days and enjoy three-day weekends every other week. We work a hybrid schedule – 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. This is a full-time, salaried, in-office position in our Orange County or San Diego office.
