Savana’s Career Path:
- 2019 – Graduated from college and worked at a large construction company as a Marketing Associate
- 2021 – Moved from Fort Worth, TX to San Diego, CA to join the KWSM team as a Digital Marketing Specialist
- 2022 – Promoted to Digital Marketing Strategist
Since joining the team, Savana has earned five professional certifications and has participated in the KWSM Leadership Program. She is also a member of the Flight Crew (our employee advisory board), working to promote a positive work environment. Savana recently spoke at Cal State Fullerton as part of Comm Week.

Q&A with Savana
What has been your biggest accomplishment?
I believe my greatest accomplishment at KWSM is not only establishing lasting relationships with my clients, but gaining results for them. I take pride in building a strong foundation with my clients that leads me to genuinely care about the outcome.
What is the best part of working at KWSM?
I can confidently say that KWSM has a superior team culture than most organizations. It was clear to me within my first week with the agency that an encouraging, supportive, and exciting culture is a priority. Our leadership genuinely wants to help us develop skills and grow in multiple areas. Our strengths are directed toward a long-term goal, which I appreciate.
Where do you see yourself headed in the future?
I see myself continuing to grow and develop advanced skills that will add even more value to KWSM. I look forward to learning more from leadership and applying those strengths in future opportunities within the agency.
