Matt’s Career Path:
- Nearly 9 years of experience in graphic and web design, working both at agencies and in-house
- September 2021 – Joined KWSM as a Junior Web Designer
- September 2022 – Promoted to Web Designer
Matt is an integral part of helping to build the agency’s culture. He is a member of the Flight Crew (our employee advisory board) and the Celebrations Committee, helping to build a positive workplace and create fun experiences for the team. Matt has participated in the KWSM Mentorship Program, focusing on User Experience to up level his work and better serve our clients.

Q&A with Matt
What has been your biggest accomplishment?
One of my biggest accomplishments so far at KWSM has been being promoted to Web Designer. In my time here, I have learned so much more about developing and designing websites and continue to grow each day. Working with such a strong team, I look forward to the opportunity to continue to learn and grow.
What is the best part of working at KWSM?
Aside from the amazing team, my favorite part is the work/life balance. Having every other Friday off has given me the opportunity to travel more during the long weekends.
Where do you see yourself headed in the future?
With the opportunities for growth in the agency, I see myself continuing to improve my design and development skills and in time, earning the title of Senior Web Designer.
