- 5 years working freelance in web design/development
- 2020 – Joined KWSM as a Junior Web Designer
- 2021 – Promoted to Web Designer
Madeleine has participated in a variety of programs at KWSM including the Mentorship Program and Leadership Program. She is also a member of the Flight Crew (our employee advisory board). She continues to sharpen her skills at design, SEO, and WordPress web development to best serve her clients.

Q&A with Madeleine
What has been your biggest accomplishment?
Being a part of a process that creates something out of nothing. Learning how to design a website from scratch and then taking that design and building a fully functioning website that meets a client’s needs is so rewarding.
What is the best part of working at KWSM?
The team I work with is invaluable. Their talent, support, creativity, encouragement, and feedback has helped me grow so much over the last couple of years, and I am so grateful I get to work alongside them.
Where do you see yourself headed in the future?
I look forward to learning even more about creating websites and using those skills to help our team build sites for our clients that are faster and more effective than they have been before.
