What has been your biggest accomplishment?
Being promoted to Senior Digital Marketing Strategist is a huge accomplishment for me. In past work experiences, promotions felt nearly impossible to come by. But the leadership team at KWSM really wants everyone to succeed and build their own paths. I worked with many members of the leadership team to create a clear path for my growth. Now, I use my new skills to help other team members and our clients.
What is the best part of working at KWSM?
At KWSM, I’m surrounded by the most creative and passionate people I’ve ever met. Everyone here gives 100% to every project they touch. I know that I can depend on every member of the team no matter their position. It’s an awesome feeling to know that together we produce amazing things for every client.
Where do you see yourself headed in the future?
I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time at KWSM and I can only see myself going up from here. I’ve learned so much already and I see myself headed for more specialties in strategies, public relations, and working with more nonprofit clients.
