Angie’s Career Path:
- Nearly 15 years in the graphic and web design industry working both at agencies and in-house
- January 2016 – Joined KWSM as a Web Designer
- July 2019 – Promoted to Senior Web Designer
- October 2022 – Promoted to Creative Director
In her tenure at KWSM, Angie has earned multiple certifications to contribute to her web design and development skills. She has participated in a variety of programs at KWSM including the Mentorship and Leadership Programs. She leads the team of web designers to design and develop websites that embody the client’s voice, style, and vision while achieving the best user experience.

Significant Projects
More than 10 years managing their website, including two redesigns and a new brand rollout. Maintain security and functionality in a heavily regulated industry
Designed and built a new website with an advanced custom filter to allow visitors to quickly and easily view and sort their extensive portfolio of more than 3,000 projects
Redesigned 3 of the company’s eCommerce websites and enhanced the customer user experience by updating their eCommerce platform to improve sales
Q&A with Angie
What has been your biggest accomplishment?
One of my biggest accomplishments has been being promoted to Senior Web Designer and seeing the web department more than triple in size over the last six years. Getting to work alongside like-minded designers and developers is something I had always strived for in a career and am lucky to have found KWSM. Being a part of this team has been an honor and am glad to be along for the ride.
What is the best part of working at KWSM?
The leadership team at KWSM really wants to see you succeed. They provide us the tools and encouragement to reach our goals, which in turn allows us to feel more driven and focused on our work.
Where do you see yourself headed in the future?
I look forward to focusing on professional development and using that knowledge to better myself as a leader within KWSM as the agency continues to grow and evolve.
