Alli’s Career Path:

- 1 Year working as an Assistant Project Manager at a custom residential design & build company
- 2022 – Joined KWSM as a Junior Project Manager
- 2023 – Promoted to Project Manager

Alli leads project management for KWSM’s Website and Strategy departments. She works to improve her project management skills through observing the skills of the leadership team around her, gathering feedback from her colleagues, and participating in online courses. Alli is a graduate of the KWSM Leadership Program. She is also a member of the Flight Crew (KWSM’s employee advisory board).

What has been your biggest accomplishment?

The responsibilities that KWSM has trusted me with and being a part of the web team are my biggest accomplishments. The web team is incredible and I enjoy helping to move all levels of projects forward to completion.

What is the best part of working at KWSM?

The best part of working at KWSM is the support and encouragement the team provides me. The leadership team continues to push me to accomplish more than I thought possible. Working alongside the KWSM team is the best part of being a project manager.

Where do you see yourself headed in the future?

I strive to continuously grow and expand my skills in the project management field. I hope to continue to make a positive impact on the web and strategy departments, and on the agency as a whole. And, I’d like to take on more responsibility to continue to assist in the growth and success of KWSM.
