Recently, our entire team spent a day earning our certifications in Google Analytics. Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. We use this tool every day to understand the performance of our efforts. We also use it to show our results for clients each month. It’s critical that we know the best approach to tracking the data.

Achieving these certifications is no small task. We spent hours studying beyond our years of experience. Each one of the certifications we earned was done by choice and not a requirement of KWSM, which goes to show the passion of our team.
