Passion is an emotion to be acted upon, and without action, passion produces no results. Passion is what fuels our actions in our day to day roles as digital marketers.
From our content editors to our web designers, our team has the passion for telling the stories of our clients’ companies, and we all feel lucky that the growth of digital marketing has given that opportunity to use our passion in our profession.
Some of our colleagues are passionate about creating aesthetically pleasing content, while others love diving into the essential backend work of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Analytics. We don’t all have to be passionate about the same things, but the mix of interest is what makes us excel across the board as an agency.
There’s a little saying that says “if you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life,” and we couldn’t agree more. What’s more exciting is seeing that longevity and growth within our team. Our collective desire to learn, grow our skills, and serve our clients has led to longer tenures within our team. We have several people that have been displaying passion here for as employees for more than three years.
We want to work with people who share the same drive as us; what they are passionate about doesn’t really matter.
