Clients hire us to create integrated digital marketing strategies to generate leads or sales. Half our clients are B2B and half are B2C.

This role requires a dynamic, proactive and highly-organized leader who guides clients through the onboarding and strategy process, acting as their first touchpoint with the agency and the visionary creator of their marketing foundation and plan.
You oversee the strategy process from initial kickoff meeting, through a range of deliverables, to final presentation. You set the stage for a client’s trust in KWSM and their understanding of digital marketing and the possibilities before them.
In this role, you work closely with team members in every department, at every level of the agency. You must be able to guide web designers, SEO specialists, copywriters, video producers, analysts and strategists through a collaborative process to produce a cohesive deliverable. You are the catalyst to creation and the guardian of the client’s best interests.
In your day-to-day interactions, you inspire, energize and challenge the team – driving their best work. In client relationships you are a trusted advisor and confidante, allowing them to relax and be cared for. You must be a skilled strategist, and a strong communicator.
You are accountable for improving our processes and managing the workflow, watching for problems and fixing them before they surface. Your top priorities are protecting the client experience and producing the roadmap for results. You should be passionate about both.
Duties in this role include:
- Create integrated digital marketing strategies that produce sales or leads
- Ensure quality standards and accurate execution of client strategies
- Meet all deadlines and ensure a timely workflow and positive client experience
- Join client calls to assist with understanding of the strategy as needed
On a technical level, you will be well-versed in Teamwork Project Management software, WordPress, and relevant digital marketing tactics (social media, email marketing, advertising, SEO).

This is a full-time, salaried, in-office position.

Creative.
If creating engaging online content was easy, anyone could do it. We must constantly think about what will be interesting to our audience, how we will add value and keep them coming back. If you have big ideas, are willing to take risks, and want a job where you can be innovative and try new things, KWSM could be a very good fit.
Communication.
We tell stories for a living. That involves engaging and communicating with an audience on social media, but it also requires the ability to communicate well with our clients, and each other. We’re a small company, and you will have a lot of opportunity to add your feedback. We need someone who wants to be heard.
Team-Oriented.
We have a very collaborative office, and want to work with people who want to be part of a team. If you’re the kind of person who likes the door to their office closed, you probably won’t be happy here. (Our offices don’t actually have doors.)
Social.
Yes, we work online. But in order to accurately tell our clients stories on social media, we have to get to know them offline, too. A large part of your job will be building relationships with clients and acting as their advocate. We work hard for our clients, but we like to socialize with them, too.
Passionate.
