We’re looking for a proactive administrative professional to run the KWSM office.
We have a fabulous team of content creators and editors, and now we need someone to manage the systems that keep us all performing at our best.
You will manage the workflow as prospects enter our system, and transition into clients. You will also be a point of contact for our clients moving forward, and handle our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Duties will also include administrative assistance for our President & Director of Operations: responding to phone and email inquiries, scheduling appointments, and researching client industries.
You will need to be familiar with Basecamp Project Management software, WordPress, and have a basic understanding of the major social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube). Project management experience is preferred.
This is a part-time, hourly position to start, with the opportunity to turn into a full-time role.

We have a very collaborative office, and want to work with people who want to be part of a team. If you’re the kind of person who likes the door to their office closed, you probably won’t be happy here. (Our offices don’t actually have doors.)
Yes, we work online. But in order to accurately tell our clients stories on social media, we have to get to know them offline, too. A large part of your job will be building relationships with clients and acting as their advocate. We work hard for our clients, but we like to socialize with them, too.
